Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation terms:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
• Post-dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
• To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo/video).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products used, altered, or without original packaging.
• Custom or bulk orders unless damaged in transit.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after inspection and approval.
• For COD orders, bank account details must be provided for refund processing.

5. Shipping Charges

• In case of wrong or defective product, we bear return shipping charges.
• For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), shipping is non-refundable.
